Defensive Behavior includes a ranged attack, keeping distance from the player, and keeping the player in sight. The combat bot also has a shield that is impenetrable by bullets.
Offensive Behavior includes increased movement speed and agility, ruthless pursuing the player, a heavy attack that can be parried, and frequent teleportation to ambush the player or retreat to a safe distance in preparation for another rush.
The player can shoot the smaller drone floating near the combat bot from a distance to disable the bot's ability to teleport, but this is not needed to defeat it.
The player can sprint, dash, and cloak. The player is equipped with an M1911 handgun and a katana. Cloaking will momentarily throw off the bot's tracking and is best used when reloading/retreating.
Before dealing damage to the combat bot is possible, the player must use a power attack on the katana to pierce the bot's shield, knocking it over and triggering the AI's offensive behavior. (The player must first charge the katana by defeating three lesser enemies, but in this case the katana is always at full charge.)
After piercing the shield, the combat bot will equip a sword and opt for close range attacks. It will also make us of its teleportation ability.
